WHO WE ARE AND WHAT’S OUR HISTORY?

We are a family business founded by Laureano Hurtado. Enthusiasts and entrepreneurs we started a business specialising in the transport of liquids. Spurred on by the idea of self improvement and a desire to prosper we successfully anticipated market needs and responded with an outstanding service

Our history goes back to 1960, the year in which,  Laureano Hurtado set up in business and covered the first few kilometres with one of the most iconic and charismatic vehicles of the time a Ford V8; a type of truck which was affectionately known as María de la O by professional drivers.

Between 1982 and 1988 as demand grew so did the firm. There was the need for more new machinery and more human resources all of which came from within the family.

HURTRANS nace en 1994, fruto de las inquietudes y la misión de ofertar un servicio de calidad que marcara la diferencia entre la competencia.

True to its entrepreneurial and expansive policy a tanker cleaning depot was established in1998 both for the in house fleet and for various clients.

Taking advantage to the close proximity to Murcia, one of the biggest nerve centres of transport and logistics where many advanced organisations and institutions are concentrated, a new company was born in the year 2000 with the name of Tank Hurt This new company allowed for new routes of information and communication leading to an increased market share in the transport of fruit juice and unfermented grape juice

Currently Hurtrans, alongside Tank Hurt operates a fleet of 150 vehicles offering a complete service within Spain and internationally.
